Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy – Courses, Webinars & Seminars
Millennium Education or any of its affiliated organisers reserve the right to cancel, change dates, and venues of any advertised Courses/Webinars/Seminars/Workshops, known in this Refund Policy as an (event), up until 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

All deposits and payments for an (event) are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance under “Change of mind, circumstance for consumer” with the exception of an (event) cancelled by the organisers. ‘No refunds’ does not apply to faulty products which must be returned to Millennium Education within a 24 hour period of purchase, or at least Millennium Education contacted within a 24 hour period from purchase.

Millennium Education reserves the right to change the (event) content, duration and venue at any time in any country or city and will not be responsible for costs incurred by the registrants/attendees for airfares, hotels, accommodation or any other associated expenses.

An (event) requires a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If an (event) does not have enough registered attendees Millennium Education reserve the right to cancel the (event) up to 72 hours prior to the advertised start time and date. Millennium Education will notify each registrant/attendee of any cancellation or change of venue via email.

If Millennium Education or any of its affiliated organisers cancel an (event) the registrant/attendee will be notified via email and be provided with a full refund.

If for some reason you are unable to attend an event, you are required to contact Millennium Education during operating business hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm AEST) and inform them of the situation. A refund is not given but you will be given the opportunity to attend another event in the future, if not already fully booked, and to the same value, within 6 month limit from time of purchase. Millennium Education and Jean Sheehan are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Refunds are not given when agreeing to a purchase is a ‘special’ or ‘discounted’ if you decided to change your mind.

Arbitration:

Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, present, future, and including statutory, common law, international tort and equitable claims) arising from or relating to this Agreement of Sale, its interpretations, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationship which results from this Agreement of Sale (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Sale Agreement), Millennium Education advertising, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the courts of Australia.

Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy – Telephone, Zoom, Personal Consultations
Millennium Education or any of its affiliated associates reserves the right to cancel, change dates, of any Telephone/Zoom/Personal consultations up until 72 hours before the scheduled start time. All deposits and payments for the Telephone/Zoom/Personal consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, unless the Telephone/Zoom/Personal consultation is cancelled by the organisers. Millennium Education reserves the right to change the content of a consultation, the length of the consultation at any in any country or city and will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by the registrant/attendee. All consultations require a non-refundable booking fee of AUD$50.00 known as the deposit to proceed.

If Millennium Education or any of its affiliated associates cancels a Telephone/Zoom/Personal consultation for any reason, the registrant/attendee will be notified via email and be provided with a full refund.

Arbitration:

Return Policy – Goods and Consumables
All item purchases via the Millennium Education Pty Ltd websites, and at any seminars, workshops, webinars, events or courses and eshops are a “Firm Sale” and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

Pricing and Availability

Prices shown on the website apply to goods purchased online. Prices are set at the recommended distributor price in most instances. In some cases they may be less than recommended retail price (RRP) when we are running promotions. Item prices sold on courses, seminars and workshops may vary to the web.

Please note:

Millennium Education is not able to accept orders from Nigeria, or any other country where shipping cannot be guaranteed.

Currency and GST

All prices are in AUD$ Currency. For orders delivered within Australia all prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), at the rate of 10%.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Millennium Education are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
