It’s Time – The Universe Has Heard You
Heart to Heart
As we enter Winter in the southern hemisphere I have been reflecting on the last 12 months and what has been happening for me and all my clients and there is a common theme … time to love self fully and embrace the new feminine and Goddess energy entering.
We are so busy racing around and doing things that our bodies are screaming STOP!
If we don’t listen, then disharmony happens in the body and then disease.
Your body is asking you to BE, DO, HAVE. What that means is BE you.
Have time in nature, time from work, a holiday, rest, play and allow yourself the gift and necessity to be in the moment.
Many call this mindfulness, but it is really BE. After all we are called a hu-man be-ing! What that is, is the integration of light (hu) and man. And the be-ing is be you. And yet so many people share that they can BE themselves. Stories of having to please others or do things to be loved and accepted.
Today make that decision and affirmation to BE you and then DO all things that express your core blueprint – which is love. I guarantee your body will thank you. The end result is you will have peace of mind, love, acceptance and joy .. from you!
For the month of JUNE focus and thank your HEART. It is the area of love of self, peace and awareness.
